NDDA Endorses Kingsley Chinda for Rivers 2027 Governorship

The Niger Delta Development Ambassador (NDDA) has endorsed Kingsley Chinda as the Rainbow Coalition candidate for the 2027 governorship election in Rivers State. The endorsement highlights Chinda's political experience, legislative exposure, and cross-party acceptance, which are deemed essential for consolidating the coalition's broader objective of stabilizing and inclusively governing the state.

The statement, issued on a Sunday and signed by King David Attah, commended Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, for fostering an inclusive democratic culture. The NDDA described the Rainbow Coalition as a strategic political alignment that involves multiple political interests working together beyond partisan divisions to develop Rivers State.

Chinda, who currently represents the Obio-Akpor Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, is recognized as a credible figure capable of maintaining political balance within the coalition structure. The NDDA called for youth and community leaders to support initiatives that promote peace and political inclusivity ahead of the upcoming electoral cycle.
