Young Star Samson Azeez Shines in Portugal Training Tour

Samson Azeez, an eight-year-old prodigy from The Future Academy, became a fan favorite during a recent football training tour in Portugal. The tour included matches against teams such as Atlético Madrid and Benfica.

Samson, who has spent two years at the academy, is noted for his versatility on the field, playing both as a midfielder and winger, and idolizes Lionel Messi. The academy emphasizes emotional growth and educational support for street children, aiming to transform their lives through football.

Other young players on the trip included Roheem Ajisefini, Nojimu Abdulramon, and Babatund Malik. Abiola Fabio, the academy's director, highlighted the long-term vision of The Future Academy, which has a nine-year development plan.

Coach David Michael noted that Samson's talent was evident from the first day of training. The academy's mission focuses on grassroots development and nurturing individual potential, with Samson's story symbolizing the academy's broader goals.
