Sanwo-Olu Congratulates Muslims on Eid-el-Maulud

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu extended warm greetings to Muslims in Lagos and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Maulud. In a statement issued by his Special Adviser, Gboyega Akosile, Sanwo-Olu encouraged Muslims to reflect on the virtues and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

He highlighted the importance of drawing inspiration from the Prophet’s life, which exemplifies kindness, compassion, patience, and integrity. The governor described the teachings of Prophet Muhammad as a model for peaceful coexistence, unity, and societal progress.

He expressed his warmest wishes to all Muslim brothers and sisters in Lagos, praying for joy in their homes and for Allah's guidance and blessings for the state and country. Sanwo-Olu concluded with prayers for peace, unity, and progress in both Lagos State and Nigeria.
