Ogun APC Stakeholders Endorse Sarafa Isola for 2027

Sarafa Isola's bid for the Ogun State governorship in 2027 gained momentum as stakeholders from the All Progressives Congress (APC) endorsed him during an event attended by a large crowd across 20 local government areas. The gathering also saw a unanimous endorsement of President Bola Tinubu for a second term.

Notable attendees included delegates from three senatorial districts and the Speaker, who praised Isola's qualifications and experience, emphasizing his previous roles, including as a former Minister of Mines and Steel Development. Joju Fadairo, an APC chieftain, highlighted Isola's extensive service and local exposure, reinforcing the belief in his capability to lead Ogun State.

The event, which did not serve as a formal declaration, was marked by calls for aspirants to avoid animosity and focus on the state's best interests. Isola's track record and the support from past governors were also acknowledged, indicating a strong backing for his candidacy.
