Nigeria Education Leaders Strategize for Guinness Record Teachers’ Conference

School leaders and education stakeholders in Nigeria are finalizing plans for the Guinness World Record attempt to bring together teachers at the Let Teachers conference on September 20 at Tafawa Balewa Square. The event aims to spotlight teacher issues, celebrate their contributions, and advocate for education reform.

Members of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) and the Nigeria Union of Teachers are strategizing at Providence Hotel in Lagos for the historic conference. Coach Luyi Armstrong and education advocate Oluwaseyi Anifowose emphasized the importance of empowering teachers for school growth and sustainability.

The Let Teachers conference is a precursor to the upcoming event, 1 Million Teachers (1MT), highlighting the crucial role of educators in securing the future of education in Nigeria.
