Senator Adeola to Provide 60 Boreholes in Ogun State

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Ogun State, is set to deliver 60 boreholes to enhance access to potable water in communities across the three senatorial districts of Ogun State. This initiative was announced in a statement by Chief Kayode Odunaro, Media Adviser to Senator Adeola, on a Friday in Abeokuta.

The borehole projects are at various stages of completion, including site assessment, surveying, drilling, casing, pump installation, and testing, with an expected completion timeline of 10 days as contractors have been fully mobilized. The distribution includes 21 boreholes for Ogun West, 20 for Ogun Central, and 19 for Ogun East, with specific local government areas like Yewa South and Abeokuta North receiving the highest allocations.

Senator Adeola emphasized that these projects aim to serve both domestic and economic needs while complementing healthcare programs. He has previously completed similar projects across Ogun State, including in markets and healthcare centers.
