Senator Mustapha Praises Wike, Denies Political Pact

Senator Mustapha, representing the Kwara Central Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly, commended Barr. Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), for his effective governance and infrastructure development.

During an appearance on Politics Today on Channels Television, he described Wike as a “performing minister,” noting significant projects like the Gwagwalada-Kuje dual carriageway and the rehabilitation of the Old Keffi Road. Mustapha emphasized that under Wike's leadership, no project is abandoned, and he urged other ministers and governors to adopt similar practices.

Additionally, he addressed rumors of a political pact with the Governor of Kwara State, firmly denying any agreement and reaffirming his mandate to represent the people of Kwara. He called for a separation of governance from partisan politics, stating that the results of good governance should be acknowledged regardless of party affiliation.
