Oluremi Tinubu Launches Food Bank Programme in Ogun

On Tuesday, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, will lead the zonal launch of the National Community Food Bank Programme in Ogun State, aimed at distributing food items to vulnerable and indigent residents. The launch will take place at Makun, Sagamu, and is expected to attract major stakeholders as part of the federal government's social intervention initiatives.

Additionally, Senator Tinubu will commission the 108-unit Muhammadu Buhari Estate located at Kobape, Abeokuta, and the Gateway Medical Centre of Excellence, a 250-bed ultra-modern hospital designed to provide advanced healthcare services to Ogun State residents and surrounding communities. Her itinerary also includes an engagement with key stakeholders at the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta.

This visit aims to enhance collaboration between the Federal and Ogun State Governments in social welfare, housing, and healthcare delivery, reinforcing their commitment to improving the quality of life for Nigerians.
