Seyi Tinubu Named Christian Youth Peace Ambassador

Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, received the Christian Youth Peace Ambassador award from the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria on Friday at the National Christian Youth Security Summit and Thanksgiving in Abuja. The recognition was presented by Belusochukwu Enwere, the former National Chairman/President of YOWICAN, as Seyi Tinubu was not present at the event.

In his message of appreciation, he acknowledged the award as a call to action to empower young Nigerians and promote peaceful coexistence. He articulated that peace transcends the mere absence of conflict, requiring justice, compassion, tolerance, and mutual respect.

Seyi Tinubu praised YOWICAN for encouraging Christian youths to assume leadership roles and contribute to community development. He urged young Nigerians to embrace the country's diversity as an asset and pledged support for programs aimed at youth empowerment and fostering peace.

The summit, held from September 3 to 5, 2026, gathered Christian youth leaders and stakeholders to discuss security, leadership, and nation-building.
