Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SKYAVN) has disclosed a final dividend of ₦1.20 for every 50 kobo ordinary share in respect of the full year ended 31st December 2025, subject to withholding tax and shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 25th June 2026. No bonus shares were declared alongside the dividend.
The announcement reveals that SKYAVN generated sufficient earnings to reward shareholders, reinforcing its position as a dividend-paying stock in Nigeria's aviation ground handling sector. To qualify for the payout, investors must have their names on the Register of Members as at the close of business on 2nd June 2026 — the qualification date.
The register will then be closed from 3rd to 5th June 2026. Payment is scheduled electronically on 25th June 2026, exclusively to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration with Apel Registrars.
Shareholders who have yet to enrol in the e-dividend mandate scheme risk delayed payment. Investors should ensure their bank details are updated with Apel Registrars before the 2nd June qualification date to avoid missing the payout.
Watch for AGM resolutions on 25th June, which could provide further guidance on the company's 2026 outlook.
