Slavia Prague Signs Nigerian Forward Emmanuel Ayaosi

Slavia Prague has successfully reached an agreement to sign 21-year-old Nigerian forward Emmanuel Ayaosi from Karvina, marking him as their first acquisition ahead of the new season. Ayaosi, who had a standout season in European football, will officially join the 22-time Czech champions after completing the necessary paperwork, with an announcement expected imminently.

The deal was confirmed by a source close to the player, indicating that it is 100% finalized. Ayaosi began his career at Dakkada FC in Nigeria before moving to Karvina in 2023, where he made a significant impact by scoring seven goals and providing ten assists during the 2025-26 campaign.

His transfer to Slavia Prague comes after a previous interest from Viktoria Plzen, which fell through due to disagreements over valuation. Ayaosi will join fellow Nigerian Igoh Ogbu at Slavia, where he will have the opportunity to compete in the UEFA Champions League next season, as the club aims to defend its domestic crown.
