Soludo Defeats APC Candidate Ukachukwu in Nnewi South LGA Elections

In a political development, Professor Soludo of APGA emerged victorious over APC's Ukachukwu in Nnewi South LGA elections. Soludo secured 17,286 votes, surpassing Ukachukwu's 9,281 votes.

Other candidates like Georg Moghalu of LP and John Chuma Nwosu of ADC also participated. The results were announced by the collation officer at the local government area, with a total of 102,907 registered voters and 27,937 accredited for the election.

Soludo's stronghold was evident in Nnewi North LGA as well, where he garnered 20,320 votes.
