Isuofia Community Loses Traditional Ruler, Igwe Muoghalu

The Isuofia community in Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State, mourns the passing of its traditional ruler, Royal High Igwe Col. C.O.

Muoghalu, who died on April 16, 2026. Chief Ndubuisl Osel, the traditional prime minister of the community, announced the news to the indigenes.

Following the death, the Isuofia People's Assembly has been advised to develop and execute a council assembly to initiate the constitutional process for the royal transition. The assembly is enjoined to take necessary steps as stipulated in the constitutional provisions regarding the royal transition.

The palace remains open to inquiries from community members during this period, encouraging them to contact the palace secretariat for guidance on matters related to the transition.
