ADC Launches Southeast Mobil Network for 2027 Elections

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has established a grassroots mobilization team named the Southeast Mobil Network (SEMN) to prepare for the 2027 elections. The launch event took place in Enugu, where Bryan Diamond Agu, the Director General of SEMN, addressed attendees and outlined strategies to strengthen the ADC's presence across the Southeast geopolitical zone.

The initiative aims to ensure electoral success by mobilizing citizens and enhancing party structures. James Okoroma, the Imo State Chairman of the ADC, emphasized the importance of political mobilization.

The SEMN will focus on encouraging voter registration and participation, particularly in light of the upcoming ADC congress scheduled for April 7, 2026. Agu highlighted the need for discipline and strategic alignment with national leadership to achieve electoral outcomes.

The initiative also aims to promote the ownership of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) among citizens, reinforcing the principles of democratic participation.
