Southern Kaduna Honors Defence Minister with Title

The Southern Kaduna community honored Defence Minister General Christoph Gwabin Musa (Rtd) with the title of "Grand Commander of Southern Kaduna" during a ceremony attended by traditional rulers, political leaders, community stakeholders, youth, and religious groups. This recognition was for his dedication to national service and efforts towards peace and security in the region.

General Musa expressed gratitude for the honor and described Southern Kaduna as a region filled with promise and potential. He urged the youth to abide by the law and avoid activities that could lead to conflict and crime.

He emphasized the importance of community cooperation in addressing insecurity and commended local leaders for their role in gathering intelligence. General Musa encouraged the people to uphold the values of hard work, respect for the law, and service to the nation.

He also highlighted the increased federal government presence and development interventions in the region over the past three years. The event was chaired by Akau Mose, who praised General Musa as a worthy ambassador of Southern Kaduna.
