Court Protects Winhomes' Land from Trespassers

The court has issued an order to protect Winhomes' estate land, which spans approximately 18,838 hectares located in Okun Ajah. Stella Ifeoma Okengwu, the Chief Executive Officer of Winhomes, stated that the court's ruling is a significant legal step to safeguard the estate and protect investor interests.

The order restrains any parties from tampering with the land until the legal process is concluded. Okengwu highlighted the importance of patience and support from stakeholders during this legal dispute, warning against any attempts to sabotage the legal process, which could undermine collective efforts to resolve the matter.

She reassured investors of the company's commitment to protecting their interests and emphasized that the struggle to protect the estate extends beyond mere land ownership, reflecting the need to safeguard the rights of both diaspora and local investors involved in the project.
