Sunvair Aerospace Group Acquires Miami Aircraft Firm

Sunvair Aerospace Group has announced its acquisition of a Miami-based aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider as part of its strategy to expand its product and service offerings. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The acquired firm operates as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 repair station, providing unlimited access to Class II and III accessories, landing gear, and airframe components. The company offers repair and overhaul services for a wide range of aircraft components, catering to U.S. commercial cargo operations globally.

Kerri Jarandson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunvair Aerospace Group, stated that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to broaden its service offerings.
