Timi Frank Alleges Plot Against El-Rufai Over Doctor Visit

Timi Frank, a former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has alleged a plot against former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. Frank claimed that a Russian doctor was secretly brought to examine El-Rufai in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) around 9:45 PM, despite El-Rufai reportedly resisting medical examination.

Frank questioned the need for a foreign doctor at such a late hour and suggested that it raises serious concerns about El-Rufai's health and the motives behind the visit. He noted that El-Rufai appeared healthy during his last court appearance and emphasized that any medical attention should be based on the former governor's consent.

Frank also referenced earlier intelligence reports suggesting a plot against El-Rufai, linking the sudden appearance of the Russian doctor to these concerns. He called into question the actions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani regarding El-Rufai's situation, indicating a broader fear surrounding the former governor's detention.
