Tinubu's Leadership Brings Peace to Niger Delta, Says Otuaro

Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, associated with the Presidential Amnesty Programme, remarked that President Bola Tinubu has transformed the Niger Delta into the most peaceful region in Nigeria.

His comments were made during the opening ceremony of the sixth batch of a two-day leadership and dispute resolution training workshop held at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja. This workshop, which runs from July to December 2025, includes 120 participants and is part of a broader initiative that has trained 240 stakeholders across five previous batches.

Otuaro attributed the region's peace and stability to Tinubu's support and the efforts of the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu. He expressed gratitude for the 8,500 scholarships awarded to students for various postgraduate programs overseas, highlighting Tinubu's commitment to peace and development in the Niger Delta.

Otuaro urged stakeholders to fully engage in the training to achieve the workshop's objectives and reaffirmed the region's support for Tinubu's re-election bid.
