Akpabio: Tinubu's Administration Achievements Ahead of 2027

Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, remarked that the Bola Tinubu-led All Progressives Congress administration has notable achievements to showcase to Nigerians before the 2027 general elections. He noted that when Tinubu assumed office in 2023, 27 states were unable to pay workers’ salaries and pensions.

Akpabio made these comments during a courtesy visit from the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions, TETFund, and NELFund, led by Senator Dandutse Mohammed, at his residence in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He emphasized that Tinubu has improved the economic situation through innovative approaches.

Akpabio expressed confidence that Nigerians would recognize the administration's accomplishments in various sectors, including the economy, agriculture, security, education, and fiscal policy, during the upcoming elections. He also defended the performance of the 10th National Assembly, stating that it has passed beneficial legislation for Nigerians and urged lawmakers to remain loyal to the APC and Tinubu's administration.
