Tinubu Loyalists Relaunch OTOGE to Challenge Kwara Governor

Loyalists of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu have relaunched the OTOGE Movement in Kwara State to challenge the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq. The movement, which originally emerged to combat political dynasties in the state, aims to confront what they describe as deviations from principles of inclusivity, justice, and good governance under AbdulRazaq's administration.

The relaunch event attracted thousands of supporters in Ilorin, indicating a significant turnout that reflects growing discontent within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). The coalition, known as G15, consists of ten gubernatorial aspirants and major APC members, and it seeks to reaffirm the ideals of the OTOGE Movement.

Recent consultations among senior APC stakeholders in Abuja have focused on uniting the party for future political success in Kwara, emphasizing the need to rescue the party and the state from perceived poor governance.
