Transcorp Hilton Abuja Addresses Water Supply Disruption

Transcorp Hilton Abuja issued a press statement on Friday, clarifying reports circulating on social media about a water supply shortage at the hotel. The hotel's General Manager, Matin Zarybnicki, described these claims as false and misleading.

The disruption was due to emergency maintenance work conducted by the Federal Capital Territory Water Board, which began on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. This maintenance temporarily affected the hotel's water supply.

However, the hotel implemented contingency measures to ensure that guests continued to have access to water during the brief outage. Zarybnicki confirmed that full water supply was restored by Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and dismissed online claims suggesting that the issue was ongoing.

The hotel maintained that it operates at full capacity across all outlets and expressed appreciation for the understanding and support of its guests and stakeholders.
