Brighton Signs Nigeria's Femi Azeez from Millwall for £12.5M

Brighton & Hove Albion has reached an agreement to sign Nigeria international Femi Azeez from Sky Bet Championship club Millwall for a fee of £12.5 million, with an additional €2.5 million in potential add-ons. The transfer is expected to be finalized after Azeez undergoes a medical examination, and he is set to sign a four-year contract with Brighton, which includes an option for an additional year.

This deal could become one of the largest sales in Millwall's history, potentially surpassing the £14 million transfer of Romain Esse to Crystal Palace last summer. Azeez, 25, had a standout season in the Championship, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists in 37 appearances, earning a spot in the PFA Championship Team of the Season.
