Nigerian Troops Recover Ammunition Cache in Borno State

Nigerian troops in Borno State recovered a significant amount of ammunition, including warheads and live rounds, in the Bulumkutu Railway General Area of Maiduguri. The operation, conducted by troops from Hadin Kai, was a result of sustained intelligence-led security operations.

Sani Uba, in a statement, mentioned that the recovery was made after a cordon and search operation following a distress call from the public about suspicious metal objects. The troops collaborated with the police explosive ordnance disposal team to secure the area and recover the ammunition.
