eTranzact Processes Over N103 Trillion in 2025 Transactions

eTranzact PLC, a leading fintech firm in Nigeria, processed transactions exceeding N103 trillion in 2025. This information was revealed by Adedayo Adejokun during an invoicing compliance workshop held in Abuja, organized in collaboration with the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS).

The invoicing system allows suppliers and buyers to manage essential transaction details digitally, promoting tax compliance. Abubakar Achimugu, the Executive Director of eTranzact, emphasized the platform's role in facilitating easy onboarding and invoice uploads, which are crucial for taxpayer compliance.

The NRS certified eTranzact for a nationwide invoicing rollout, aiming to digitize the tax collection process and eliminate manual procedures. Moham Bawa, involved in the project management of the invoicing initiative, noted the challenges of implementing the project in three phases, targeting large, medium, and emerging taxpayers over three years.

The initiative aims to enhance revenue collection efficiency and support taxpayers in navigating the invoicing process.
