Verydarkman Pranks Chike Over SSA's Payment in Viral Video

On September 22, 2026, Verydarkman, whose real name is Martins Vincent Otse and the Ratel President, shared a viral prank video on Instagram involving a phone call with Afrobeats singer Chike. In the video, Verydarkman pretended to inquire about Chike's performance fee on behalf of a Senior Special Adviser associated with the APC.

Chike quoted N10 million, to which Verydarkman suggested the SSA could only afford N2 million and humorously proposed that Chike sleep with the SSA's wife to cover the difference. Chike played along, agreeing to the arrangement and asking for details about the meeting at Cocobutter Hotel.

Although no names were mentioned, followers quickly identified the SSA as Mr Jollof, with whom Verydarkman has a well-publicized feud. This prank follows a legal battle between Verydarkman and Mr Jollof, which resulted in a N35 million court judgment against Mr Jollof.
