Video Resurfaces of Adeyemi Challenging Gbajabiamila

A video from late June 2026 has emerged showing Princ Adeniyi Adeyemi defending claims about the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, which he alleges is a non-existent agency. During a press conference, Adeyemi questioned the integrity of the budget process, asserting that the agency's budget documents do not appear in official records.

He raised concerns about the agency maintaining multiple accounts at the Central Bank of Nigeria, despite its alleged non-existence. Adeyemi also claimed that Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, demanded 48% of the agency's proposed ₦27.4 billion in grants.

The council reportedly received a ₦1.3 billion budget allocation, which has sparked public scrutiny. Adeyemi faces eight charges, including forgery and impersonation, in the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Gbajabiamila has denied the allegations, asserting that the council has no legal basis for existence.
