Gbajabiamila Denies Meeting 'Fake' DG Amid Scandal

Adeniyi Adeyemi, who claims to be the 'fake' Director General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, stated in an interview that he has never met Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, physically. Adeyemi, who is known on social media as Martin Vincent Ots, mentioned that his interactions with Gbajabiamila were facilitated through his late friend, Dolapo Tanimola, but denied any video calls took place.

He expressed readiness to cooperate with investigations and will submit documentary evidence to security agencies to support his claims regarding the purported appointment. On June 11, the presidency distanced itself from the council, asserting that it does not exist under the current administration.

Gbajabiamila has denied meeting Adeyemi and has threatened a defamation lawsuit of N10 billion against allegations of murder and bribery. President Bola Tinubu has directed an independent investigation into the allegations surrounding the council, with findings expected within 30 days.
