Obi Calls for Prayers for Politicians to Improve Nigeria

On Sunday, Peter Obi, the National Democratic Congress presidential candidate and former governor of Anambra State, addressed the congregation at Koinonia Global, led by Apostle Joshua Selman. He asserted that Nigeria's primary issues stem from poor leadership and the quality of politicians rather than any inherent flaws within the country itself.

Obi requested the congregation to pray for politicians, acknowledging that they are the problem facing Nigeria. He emphasized the need for political leaders to be touched by God to use public resources for the public good and to stop corrupt practices that contribute to citizens' suffering.

Obi expressed confidence that if Nigeria's wealth were properly invested, it could significantly improve the lives of its citizens. He also urged Nigerians to pray for all political leaders without dividing them into good or bad categories, asserting that the country's problems can be solved.
