Man Protests at APC Secretariat Over Unpaid Dues

A man protesting at the All Progressives Congress (APC) secretariat in Abuja expressed his grievances by holding a placard that read "Reward or kill me." He claimed that after working for the APC during the 2023 election campaign, he received no compensation and was left in debt, unable to pay his children's school fees. The protest, which occurred in broad daylight, was captured on video and circulated widely on social media.

The man, dressed in an APC-branded blue shirt, voiced his despair, stating that he had resorted to leaving the party's chief security officer due to the lack of support. He indicated that his children's whereabouts had become unknown and that he felt abandoned by the party.

Despite his distress, no APC officials addressed the situation during the protest. The incident drew mockery from social media users, who expressed a lack of sympathy for the man's demands.

The APC has not issued any statement regarding the incident as of the time of this report.
