Julius Berger Academy Graduates 36 in Vocational Training

Julius Berger Nigeria PLC marked the graduation of 36 trainees from its vocational training program at the Julius Berger Academy in Abuja. The event, attended by Director of Administration Dr.

Abdulaziz Isa Kaita, highlighted the company's commitment to social responsibility and skill development. The graduates, who completed training in carpentry, masonry, and plumbing, received certifications aligned with the Nigerian Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) at levels 1 and 2.

Dr. Kaita emphasized that this graduation is not the end but the beginning of their journey, aiming to equip Nigerian youth with technical skills to contribute meaningfully to the economy.

Head of Human Resources Olorunfemi Ojomo noted the program's expansion, with plans for a new training stream in electrical installation and solar technology in 2026. Graduates expressed gratitude for the opportunity to undergo intensive training, which prepared them for real-world work environments.

The program aims to strengthen Nigeria's construction sector and empower individuals and communities.
