Courage Obadagbonyi Appointed MD of WACT-APM Terminals

Courage Obadagbonyi has been appointed as the managing director of WACT-APM Terminals Nigeria, effective July 1. He succeeds Jeethu Jose in this role.

Obadagbonyi's appointment reflects the organization's commitment to developing strong leadership from its global talent pool to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence. He has over two decades of international experience and has held leadership roles in finance and operations at global organizations, including APM Terminals, General Electric, and Lafarge.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for APM Terminals Nigeria, overseeing financial strategy across Nigeria and San Pedro, Côte d'Ivoire. His experience spans various sectors, including oil and gas, power generation, logistics, and healthcare.

Frederik Klink, Chief Executive Officer of APM Terminals Nigeria, expressed confidence in Obadagbonyi's ability to build on the strong foundation already established at WACT Terminals, which plays a critical role in connecting businesses in Eastern Nigeria to the global market.
