LPPC Suspends Mike Ozekhome from SAN Title Amid Proceedings

The Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee (LPPC) has announced the suspension of Chief Mike Ozekhome from using the title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) pending the conclusion of ongoing disciplinary proceedings against him. This decision was made during the LPPC's 173rd general meeting held on June 23, 2026, and was signed by Kabir Akanbi, the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Secretary of the LPPC.
