Woman Found Dead in Church Toilet in Calabar

Bless Ayeb was discovered dead inside a church toilet in the Ikot Ansa area of Calabar, Cross River State, around 9 PM on Sunday, June 29. Her family raised the alarm after she was reported missing on Tuesday, July 1, by her daughter, Peac Ayeb, who informed the Cross River State Police.
Saviour Ayeb, her brother, also reported her disappearance to the Federal Housing Police Station in Calabar. ASP Sundai Eitokpah, a spokesperson for the Cross River State Police, confirmed the incident and stated that the case is under investigation.
