Zealand Properties Celebrates 6 Years with Amiya Estate Handover

Zealand Properties marked its sixth anniversary with the official handover of Amiya Estate, a residential development located in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos. The ceremony took place on Saturday and was attended by company executives, homeowners, stakeholders, and guests.

A key moment was the presentation of keys and property documents for a four-bedroom semi-detached duplex with a Boys’ Quarters (BQ) to its new owners, symbolizing the completion of the development. Dr Adedeji Agarawu, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zealand Properties, described the event as a significant milestone in the company's journey in Nigeria's real estate sector.

He stated that the handover demonstrated the company's commitment to transforming property investments into quality homes. Amiya Estate is strategically located, providing residents access to major road networks and essential amenities.

The celebration also reflected on Zealand Properties' growth over the past six years and its plans for future expansion in Nigeria's property development sector.
