Mixta Africa Hands Over Keys to 27 Homeowners

Mixta Africa, a leading real estate developer in West Africa, has officially handed over keys to 27 homeowners at Ibudo Wura, an affordable housing community located along the Lekki-Epe Expressway. This event marks a significant milestone, bringing the total number of completed homes at Ibudo Wura across Phases 1 and 2 to 192.

The community also offers financing options, requiring as little as 10% equity, with interest rates at 9.75% per annum and repayment tenors ranging from five to 20 years. Ibudo Wura remains open for new buyers, with available units starting from N58,319,000.
