Dynasquare Homes Celebrates Anniversary, Plans Expansion

Dynasquare Homes & Properties Ltd has celebrated its third anniversary, unveiling expansion plans aimed at improving access to property ownership in Nigeria. Established in 2023 and based in Lagos, the company focuses on property development, real estate investment, and flexible payment options to engage more Nigerians in the property market.

The company's portfolio includes Iremide Heritage Gardens, Zion Estate, Sovereign Height, Emerald Extension, and Golden Haven Residence, offering both residential and commercial opportunities. CEO Ambassador Ezeri Christopher Vincent stated that while three years is a significant milestone, it marks the beginning of a larger, more innovative phase focused on creating opportunities for Nigerians to own and invest in real estate.

He addressed industry challenges, advocating for flexible payment models and proper documentation to lower entry barriers for property buyers. Ezeri also highlighted the importance of training young Nigerians in real estate investment and development as part of the company's long-term strategy.
