Zularich Properties Completes Housing Units in Lagos

Zularich Properties has delivered completed housing units in Sangotedo, Lagos, as part of its initiative to tackle the housing deficit amid increasing demand for residential infrastructure. The firm unveiled the completed housing units during a handover ceremony, with CEO Dr.

Johnpaul Enemuoh noting that this project represents the company's second residential development in the area. The Zularich Residences Phase 2 features a gated residential enclave consisting of two-bedroom glass houses, two-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom terrace duplexes.

Enemuoh emphasized the company's commitment to delivering quality housing and announced plans for the next residential development, branded as Zularich Signature, which will include a smart housing project that is currently 50% complete. The project aims to enhance investor confidence in Nigeria's real estate sector, as highlighted by Dr.

Emmanuel Abikoy from BRG, who stated that the delivery of homes reinforces trust in the industry.
