APC Chieftain Empowers 50 Women for Yayi's Campaign

Titi Fagbote, known as Ayoka, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State, empowered 50 women in Yewa North Local Government Area with cash to support their livelihoods and mobilize grassroots support for the party’s 2027 governorship candidate, Senator Solomon Adeola, also known as Yayi. The beneficiaries included hairdressers, fashion designers, and elderly women.

The empowerment program took place at Omidokun Hall in Ayetoro. Fagbote stated that the initiative aimed to inaugurate members of the Ayoka Women for Yayi group and encourage them to work for Adeola’s electoral success.

She emphasized the importance of empowering women, noting their significant role in community development. Representing Adeola’s wife, Temitope Adeola, Olori Adebisi Olaotan condemned attacks on Adeola's character and clarified his origins, asserting he is from Ilaro in Yewa South Local Government Area, dismissing claims that he is from Ekiti State.
