Haske Set to Join APM, Leaving APC for 2027 Elections

Abdulrahaman Bashir Haske is reportedly set to join the All People’s Movement (APM) as he plans to leave the All Progressives Congress (APC). Alhaji Hussaini Ahmadu Har, a political associate of Haske, confirmed that preparations for this transition are underway, describing it as a potential political tsunami for those currently in power.

Har shared a post on his verified Facebook page featuring Haske's picture and the APM logo, encouraging others to join the movement, which he termed "a Fight to Finish." He expressed confidence in Haske's prospects for the 2027 elections, stating, "God willing he will win." Haske, a former gubernatorial aspirant for the APC, was believed to have had a strong chance of securing the party's ticket but was reportedly sidelined by internal party mechanisms. Additionally, there are indications of a mass defection from the APC, ADC, LP, and other political parties as Haske's movement gains momentum.
