2027: I remain in PDP – Saraki denounces ADC’s coalition

Bukola Saraki, the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), reaffirmed his commitment to the party amidst speculation of a coalition bid with the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Saraki clarified his stance during a meeting with party stakeholders in Ilorin, Kwara State, addressing rumors and emphasizing his loyalty to the PDP.

He urged members to focus on the upcoming voter registration exercise and commended their dedication to the party. The PDP Chairman in Kwara State, Hon Babatunde Mohammed, also dismissed any notion of coalition involvement, stating that the party remains intact and confident in its victory in the next general elections.

The party announced updates regarding the upcoming National Executive Committee meeting and state congress, with nomination forms priced at N1 million for key positions. Saraki's leadership was praised for keeping the party united and focused.
