Kwara APC Candidate Danladi Reveals Key Agenda for 2027

Hon. Saliu Yakubu Danladi, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, has announced a three-point agenda that he intends to prioritize if elected in the upcoming elections. During an interview in Ilorin, Danladi, who is also the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, emphasized the importance of security, citizen empowerment, and social welfare as key areas for his administration.

He stated that meaningful development cannot occur without peace and adequate security. Danladi plans to build on the successes of the current Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq while addressing sectors needing improvement.

He highlighted the necessity of empowering citizens for the state's progress and proposed implementing people-oriented projects in education, health, and agriculture. Additionally, Danladi aims to create an environment conducive to attracting investors and reducing the state's reliance on civil service jobs.

He has led the 24-member Assembly for over seven years, showcasing his leadership capabilities.
