Niger Delta Youth Assembly Applauds Idagbo's Appointment

The Niger Delta Youth Assembly has commended President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima for the appointment of Ochielegor Idagbo as Zonal Coordinator, Support Group Coordination, South-South, under the APC Presidential Campaign Council. The Assembly described the appointment as timely and strategic, emphasizing Idagbo's extensive experience in grassroots mobilization, governance, and legislative affairs, which they believe will enhance political coordination across the six South-South states.

Bedford Benjamin, the National Coordinator of the Assembly, stated that Idagbo's background includes decades of experience in grassroots politics, starting as a student union leader and progressing to roles such as Secretary of Council and two-term Chairman of Bekwarra Local Government Area in Cross River State. His tenure in the National Assembly provided him with a deep understanding of the South-South region's political and developmental realities.

The Assembly expressed confidence in Idagbo's ability to coordinate support groups effectively and deepen mobilization for the APC and President Tinubu's political initiatives.
