ADC Criticizes APC's Campaign in Nsukka Zone

The Enugu State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) condemned the All Progressives Congress (APC) for initiating its re-election campaign in Nsukka Zone, which is part of the Enugu North Senatorial District. The APC's campaign, aimed at re-electing Governor Peter Mbah and President Bola Tinubu, was criticized in a statement from ADC Media.

The ADC accused the APC of neglecting Nsukka, stating that for over three years, Governor Mbah has not completed any road projects in the area, despite claims of having completed 1,000 kilometers of roads statewide. The ADC pointed out that the only notable project in Nsukka was the demolition of Ogige Market.

They also mentioned that appointments from the government to the region were minimal and politically motivated. The ADC urged the people of Nsukka not to be misled by the APC's campaign activities, asserting that the region deserves better treatment than being used for electoral gains.
