Ondo Senator Calls for APC Unity Ahead of 2027 Elections

Olajide Ipinsagba, the senator representing Ondo North Senatorial District in Ondo State, called on aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to embrace reconciliation and unity in light of the upcoming 2027 general elections. He urged party members to accept the outcomes of the recent primary elections in good faith, despite controversies that led to protests in Akure against the candidate list released by the National Working Committee (NWC).

Ipinsagba emphasized the importance of unity among APC members to work collectively towards achieving greater electoral success. He commended President Bola Tinubu for his political wisdom during the APC nomination process and expressed confidence in the administration's ability to implement policies that will foster national development and economic prosperity.

Ipinsagba pledged to continue advocating for policies that enhance socio-economic development and improve infrastructure in Ondo North, while also empowering youth and women in the region.
