5 Political Parties To Participate In Kogi By-election – INEC

Five political parties, including the Accord Party, African Democratic Congress (ADC), All Progressives Congress (APC), Allied Peoples Movement (APM), and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), are set to participate in the Kogi State by-election for a vacant seat in the state constituency. The election follows the death of former Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Enema Paul, on December 14, 2024.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) confirmed the participation of these parties, with the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of Kogi State, Dr. Oliver Agundu, expressing readiness for the exercise.
