Nigeria's Ambassador Clark-Omeru Presents Credentials in Zambia

On September 21, 2026, Ambassador Queen Efe Alexandra Clark-Omeru presented her Letter of Credence to President Hakainde Hichilema at the State House in Lusaka, officially assuming her role as Nigeria's High Commissioner to Zambia. Accompanied by Mrs. Epelle C.A, Nigeria’s former Acting High Commissioner to Zambia, the ceremony marked her formal admission as Nigeria's highest-ranking diplomatic official in the country.

Following the ceremony, Ambassador Clark-Omeru hosted a luncheon at the Nigerian High Commission, attended by senior management officials from Access Bank, Harvest Group, United Bank for Africa, Sahara Energy, and Dangote Cement. During the event, Dr. Iheanyi Nwogu, Managing Director of Access Bank Zambia, congratulated her and pledged support for Nigerian businesses.

The Very Reverend Adaoha Ugo-Ngadi of Harvest Group expressed the Group's vision to impact Africa positively. Apostle Barrister Joel Akobaro Joseph, president of Nigerians In Diaspora Organization, emphasized the commitment of Nigerians abroad to uphold the nation's dignity and values.

Ambassador Clark-Omeru previously served as Nigeria’s Consul General in Cameroon and held other diplomatic roles in South Africa and Argentina.
