ADC Rejects APC's Claims of Defections from Four States

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has dismissed allegations made by the All Progressives Congress (APC) that it received defectors, specifically ADC House of Assembly candidates from Jigawa, Plateau, Taraba, and Zamfara states. In a statement issued by the ADC's National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party clarified that the individuals showcased by the APC are not its candidates or leaders.

The ADC criticized the APC for allegedly assembling random individuals at its secretariat and falsely attributing ADC credentials to them. The ADC challenged the APC to provide evidence of the credentials of the individuals presented, including details of any ADC offices they purportedly held, the constituencies they represented, and the timeframes of their alleged candidacies.

The ADC emphasized that the APC should focus on addressing the real challenges facing Nigerians rather than engaging in misleading photo opportunities.
