Adegoke Welcomes APM Defectors to ADC in Oyo State

Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, the Oyo State governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), received defectors from the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Ogo Oluwa and Surulere Local Government Areas during a thank-you visit to Ogbomoso. The defectors, numbering in the hundreds, pledged their loyalty to the ADC and committed to supporting Adegoke in the upcoming elections.

Apostle Taiwo Olaleru and Alhaji Bashiru Ganiyu, speaking on behalf of the defectors, criticized the APM for being deceitful and expressed their trust in Adegoke and the ADC. Adegoke welcomed the new members, assuring them of equal opportunities and encouraging dedication to the party's progress.

Additionally, during a prior engagement in Iseyin, Adegoke promised to establish a specialist hospital in the Oke Ogun area to address local health needs and pledged to enhance the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Iseyin Campus, focusing on the College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources.
