ADC Demands Urgent Action for Kaiama Abductees

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has accused President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of prioritizing certain victims of insecurity over others, specifically referencing the 176 residents abducted from Woro community in Kaiama, Kwara State, on February 3, 2026. ADC's National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, expressed concern that the President's recent celebration of rescues in Oyo State raises questions about the fate of those still in captivity in Kaiama, Borno, and Zamfara.

The ADC highlighted a peaceful protest by Kaiama residents on July 24, 2026, where families demanded answers regarding their abducted loved ones. The party also noted ongoing insecurity incidents, including the abduction of 40 residents in Zamfara and attacks in Benue.

The ADC urged the President to provide regular updates and timelines for the rescue of all victims, emphasizing that no Nigerian community should be neglected in the fight against insecurity.
